You may not (i) select or use a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (iii) use a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. LGBTcoach.com reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at its discretion for any reason. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LGBTcoach.com information.

Services are available only to individuals who are at least 15 years old. If you are younger than 15 years old, please do not attempt to register for or use the Services. There are many other web sites that are more appropriate for you and that you will likely find more interesting.

4. USER CONDUCT
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by LGBTcoach.com.

LGBTcoach.com may remove any Content and LGBTcoach.com accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all. 5. CONTENT LICENSE
You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give SLM a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services.

You agree that this license includes a right for SLM to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom SLM has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services.
You understand that SLM, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit SLM to take these actions.

You confirm and warrant to SLM that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license.

SLM respects the intellectual property of others. It is SLM's policy to respond expeditiously to claims of copyright and other intellectual property infringement. SLM will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying or substantially complying with the DMCA, SLM may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. SLM will terminate access for subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers.

Notifying SLM of Copyright Infringement: To provide SLM notice of an infringement, you must provide a written communication to the attention of "DMCA Infringement Notification Dept." care of info@LGBTcoach.com that sets forth the information specified by the DMCA (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#512). 12. TERMINATION
SLM may terminate or suspend any and all Services and your LGBTcoach.com account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of the Terms of Service. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your LGBTcoach.com account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

13. TRADEMARKS
LGBTcoach.com, SLM and other trademarks and service marks as well as LGBTcoach.com and SLM logos and product and service names are trademarks of SLM. Without SLM's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner the LGBTcoach logo.

14. VIOLATIONS
Please report any violations of the Terms of Service to info@LGBTcoach.com.
